Internal layout of prefab buildings

Internal layout options of WAREX prefab buildings are unlimited. The building envelope of a WAREX system prefab building creates an open interior that can be partitioned according to the customer's wants and needs.

Interior walls consist of drywall partitions that contain all electrical wiring and water and sewer pipes. Dropped drywall ceilings are also installed. If needed, partitions can be reconfigured at minimum cost.

Washrooms are equipped in a standard fashion, with ceramic tiles on walls and ceramic tile or PVC flooring. Other rooms have either PVC flooring or carpet.
