Warex Limited, a leading supplier of steel structures, offers custom-built steel buildings. Buildings with a steel frame are intended for construction in the area of industrial production, storage, business and agriculture. Steel structures are used as production plants and agricultural buildings, warehouses and storage, multi-purpose facilities, sports and tennis arenas, industrial structures, auto and other showrooms, hangars, airport terminals, hypermarkets and supermarkets and industrial steel frames. Steel buildings also perform equally well as ever more popular multifunctional sports facilities, office buildings and shopping centres.
Stand-alone steel buildings and as part of a "turnkey" solution
Steel buildings, like other buildings with a steel frame, are designed and built individually according to customer requirements, taking into account optimization of invested funds and minimization of long-term operating costs. Steel buildings may be delivered as "turnkey" solution (i.e. including a foundation, utility networks and roads and sidewalks) or as a surface structure, or only as a bare steel frame. WAREX manufactures its own steel frames at its production plant in Javorník, and holds all necessary certificates.
Steel buildings meet all standards
Steel buildings are subject to strict criteria. Individual parts of the load-bearing and auxiliary steel frame are designed and sufficiently dimensioned in accordance with all applicable standards and related regulations (i.e. ČSN, DIN, EC, SNP). Steel frame parts may also be dimensioned for the effects of fire.

Roofs and walls of steel buildings are designed individually according to the type and manner of use. Regional weather conditions, all site specifics, fire resistance, noise suppression and an overall architectural solution are of course all taken into account during the design and construction and steel buildings and frames.
